Is MasterQuality truly compliant with EN9100 Rev D?
MasterQuality implements the complete §10.2 EN9100 Rev D closed-loop: detection, disposition, root-cause analysis (5-Why, Ishikawa, 8D), corrective actions with tracking, and effectiveness review. The signed audit log meets documentary traceability requirements. It does not replace your QMS, but provides a fully norm-compliant NC management tool.
How is the data backed up?
Data is stored in the browser's localStorage on the workstation, and can be exported at any time in .mquality format (AES-256 encrypted) or JSON. Exports can be placed on a network share, NAS, or any infrastructure of your choice. Periodic auto-save is configurable. There is no cloud or remote server — data durability is entirely under your control.
Can multiple people work at the same time?
MasterQuality is designed for sequential use: one user at a time edits the file and saves it to the network share, while others access their local copy. This model covers the vast majority of field quality processes. A multi-user sync mode is planned for a future release.
What happens if the browser is closed or the workstation restarted?
Data is automatically saved to localStorage after every action. No data is lost on normal closure. To protect against hardware failure, configure automatic export to a network share. The audit log also preserves a complete history of all actions taken.
Does the licence cover multiple production sites?
The licence is per site (establishment). Each site requires a separate licence. For multi-site groups, volume pricing is available on request at contact@1974corp.com.
Can existing NCs be imported from another tool?
MasterQuality accepts import in JSON format. If you have an export from your current tool, it is possible to prepare a conversion script. Contact us to assess feasibility based on your data source.
What updates are included?
12 months of updates are included from the purchase date. Updates are applied by replacing the HTML file — no data migration needed; your localStorage data is automatically compatible with the new version thanks to the built-in migration mechanism.
How do I get an invoice for accounting?
An invoice in your company name is automatically generated after payment. If you need a purchase order first, or prefer payment by bank transfer, contact us at contact@1974corp.com before purchasing.
